Thoughts
from deep inside
systems
I write about software, organizations, startup ideas and how the state works.
What interests me most is what lies behind them:
how systems are built, and why they work the way they do.
Most of my writing is in Hungarian.
These are the pieces I have translated into English.
How money crosses borders
SWIFT, stablecoins and everything in between: a course on international payments. 17 chapters, 2 appendices, 49 diagrams.
AI in the coming years: directions and limits
I think the AI problems of the next few years will sit in the infrastructure missing around the models: data authenticity, structured context, auditable decisions and AI security.
Moyrin
AI artifacts (models, prompts, datasets) lack what Git gave code: registry, lineage, release, deploy, observability and cost tracking in one platform.
D3I
DDD is hard to apply consistently. In D3I its rules are part of the language: the model produces the .NET skeleton, the gRPC contract and the TypeScript client, and what doesn't fit together doesn't compile.
UniContract
In polyglot systems, hand-maintained interfaces drift apart sooner or later. UniContract generates C#, Java and Python interfaces from a single .contract file.
PolyPersist
If your application code needs to know whether it's Mongo or Cassandra underneath, that's a design flaw.
